We begin by carefully selecting the necessary raw materials, including high-quality granite, marble, dolomite, and various types of cement. All of these raw materials are extracted directly from our quarries and also imported to ensure the highest product standards.

Raw Material Preparation

Our skilled technicians perform various tasks including washing, sorting by size, and sorting by color. After which, we grind these materials into fine powder to prep them for our next step.

Mixing Process

Our computerized mixing systems blend the prepared raw materials with precision to achieve the exact specifications required for our terrazzo products. This ensures consistency and uniformity across all batches

Molding Process

Molding Process

The mixed materials are carefully molded into various shapes and sizes. Our molding process ensures that each piece has the correct dimensions and a consistent texture.

Curing Process

Curing Process

Once molded, our terrazzo products go through a 65°C steam curing process for ten hours in specialized steam rooms. This crucial stage enhances the strength, density, and durability of each piece.

Polishing and Finishing

Polishing and Finishing

After curing, our terrazzo products are carefully polished using specialized machines. This process ensures a smooth and glossy finish, highlighting the inherent beauty of the materials.

Packing and Storage

Packing and Storage

Finally, the finished terrazzo products are carefully packed, labeled, and then organized in our large warehouse. Here, we ensure they are stored under optimal conditions until they are ready to be shipped and installed.
